After Quarantine

When COVID hit Italy in 2020, I was quarantined in Milan, I created this project aimed at organizing my life during and after quarantine to maximize productivity and help achieve a healthy lifestyle.
I sent health tips via post to my friends along with hopeful messages. At the time of the project, no one knew how long the quarantine might last.

The cards encouraged people to adopt new healthy habits during quarantine and improve their daily routines. The project was finalized after 2 weeks of the first quarantine in 2020, and the cards were sent during the following two months.

The project was designed based on collected data of an average person during the first two weeks of the pandemic. The numbers show what an average person needs to achieve a healthy lifestyle.

After quarantine, people received kits that included essential tools to help them maintain the habits they adopted during the quarantine. such as food weight scale and portion measuring bowls.

The pandemic brought attention to the importance of new technologies in daily life. Video conferences are one of the new ways of coping with the changes in the new world.

Physical and mental health was the main concern during the pandemic. Having good health can be achieved through a good lifestyle, but only a few factors can be measured to achieve that.
